Appointments are continuously released 14 days into the future for booking. If there are no remaining time slots available - that means the posted appointment slots have already been booked. Thank you for your understanding - we have A LOT of interest from consignors! Yay!

*Consignors are welcome to book ONE appointment per calendar month. This policy ensures everyone has a fair opportunity to consign. Multiple bookings within the same month will be canceled.

Book Appointment

STEP 1

bring us your preloved, quality items
  • Use the link above to book your consignment appointment date/time on our calendar. PLEASE NOTE: NEW consignors must complete the consignment contract PRIOR to booking their first appointment or it will be canceled without notice.
  • Please note we do not currently accept walk-in consignment.
  • Choose clean, modern, and seasonally appropriate items you would like to consign. We love quality, well-made clothing.
  • Every item must be clean, freshly laundered, and free of stains or damage.)
  • Bring us you item(s).
  • We will go through your item(s) enthusiastically and without judgment!
  • Any unselected items must be collected the same day (we encourage you to browse our shop while you wait)

*We do not accept the following: swimwear, undergarments or used bodysuits.

*We do not accept jewelry, home goods or child equipment/carriers at this time.

STEP 2

display and sale
  • Selected items will be added to your consignment account and be prepared by our staff to go on the sales floor
  • Items will stay on the selling floor between 30-90 days.
  • We may mark down items at any time during this period.
  • As your items sell, your credit will automatically be added to your consignment account. You can keep track of you account via the Consignor Portal (link in main menu).
  • Items that do not sell will be donated to one of our affiliated charities or you will be be required to pick it up within 7 days after expiration date (based on whichever option you chose in our consignment agreement.)

STEP 3

payment
  • Yay! Your item(s) sold! Your account will receive: 40% credit for adult items and 30% credit for kids items
  • You can immediately use this as store credit to shop. Store credit never expires.
  • Once you accumulate more than $25 in your consignment account, you have the option to submit a request by email for your earned credit to be paid out by cheque (see FAQ).
  • Cheques must be claimed within 6 months of the sale date of the item – any remaining balance will still be available as store credit.

*Consignors will be required to present Photo I.D for purchases using store credit or for account inquires.

  • light layers: breezy cardigans, button-ups, chore coats, denim jackets & linen blazers
  • trousers & denim in relaxed fits like straight or wide-leg
  • loungewear & activewear in like-new condition
  • sandals, select flats, & clean sneakers
  • handbags, belts, & hats
  • select occasion-wear: wedding guest outfits, heeled sandals
FALL | July to September
  • blouses, basic tees & tanks
  • seasonally appropriate dresses & skirts
  • sweaters & cardigans (save heavy wools for winter)
  • coats and jackets like chore coats, denim jackets, trenches, leather jackets, & shackets (save heavier coats for winter)
  • trousers & denim in relaxed fits like straight or wide-leg
  • loungewear & activewear in like-new condition
  • loafers, boots, select flats & clean sneakers
  • handbags, belts, & hats
WINTER | October to November
  • long wool coats, quilted & puffer jackets
  • trenches, leather jackets, & blazers
  • knit sweaters, button-up cardigans, & sweater vests
  • quality basic button-ups, tees & sweatshirts
  • dresses & skirts in autumn/winter colours & prints
  • denim & trousers in relaxed straight or wide-leg fits
  • loungewear in like-new condition
